Sin City 2 Brings Back Marv and Nancy Callahan

We haven't heard much on Sin City 2 lately, but comic book creator and screenwriter Frank Miller recently gave an update on the sequel. Although no cast members have been officially announced yet, it seems Sin City 2 will feature Mickey Rourke's Marv and Jessica Alba's Nancy Callahan. Here's what Frank Miller had to say below.

"Sin City 2 is primarily an adaptation of the book 'A Dame to Kill For. It also features the short story, 'Just Another Saturday Night' and two new stories. One involving Jessica Alba's character, Nancy Callahan, that I came up with for the movie in order to tie things together and make it be more united with the first."


The Just Another Saturday Night story centers on Mickey Rourke's Marv, where he wakes up on a highway surrounded by a number of dead hooligans. The story advances as Marv tries to figure out what happened that night. Frank Miller also said that shooting on Sin City 2 may start next year.

"Robert Rodriguez and I are finishing up the script on Sin City 2, and could be shooting as early as this spring."


Sin City: A Dame to Kill For comes to theaters October 4th, 2013.

    I have been waiting fot this for sooooo long. I love the idea of Nancy's story. Just because Hartigan thought that by killing himself that would stop them from taking revenge on Nancy...it just didnt seem right. I like this.
