Movie PictureSilent Hill was anything but silent on DVD.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the horror film beat Poseidon to take the No. 1 spot on VideoScan's First Alert sales chart. The disaster film came in at No. 2.

RV held strong talking the No. 3 position in sales. Just My Luck debuted at No. 5.

Rentals were a different story as Poseidon placed first in rentals, knocking previous two week title holder Inside Man to No. 2. Silent Hill was still in the game taking the No. 3 spot while Just My Luck took the No. 6 position.

Silent Hill was released April 21st, 2006 and stars Radha Mitchell, Sean Bean, Laurie Holden, Deborah Kara Unger, Kim Coates, Tanya Allen, Alice Krige, Jodelle Ferland. The film is directed by Christophe Gans.
