According to The Weinstein Company, Michael Moore's recent health care expose SiCKO has become the third highest grossing documentary in history. The film has earned an estimated $24.2 million at the domestic box office.

The film debuted on June 29th, and was one of the most talked about documnatries of the year. It stole the 3rd place spot form Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth. The two highest grossing documentaries of all time are still Fahrenheit 9/11 and March of the Penguins.

Harvey Weinstein stated, "It's an incredible achievement for SiCKO to have become the third highest grossing film in the history of documentaries. We are going to keep the movie in theaters and plan to re-release it during the fall so that audiences continue to have a chance to experience this entertaining and profound documentary."

SiCKO was released June 22nd, 2007 and stars Michael Moore, Tucker Albrizzi, Tony Benn, George W. Bush, Reggie Cervantes, Bill Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Billy Crystal. The film is directed by Michael Moore.
