Studios' recent attempts to squash film pirating don't seem to be working. First, quality DVDs of Hostel: Part II hit the streets and the web two weeks before the film's release. Now, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Michael Moore's new documentary Sicko has shown up on YouTube.

The film has shown up two weeks before its June 29th release date. Two separate users posted a 124-minute version of the documentary in fourteen consecutive video segments.

A fairly high-quality pirated version was already available via BitTorrent file-sharing software and peer-to-peer Web sites last week. As of 1:00am EST Monday morning, the film was still available on YouTube.

SiCKO was released June 22nd, 2007 and stars Michael Moore, Tucker Albrizzi, Tony Benn, George W. Bush, Reggie Cervantes, Bill Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Billy Crystal. The film is directed by Michael Moore.
