    @skywise agreed. Spielberg should not be executive producer, but Director. When I first heard Bay was directing i was like oh god...

    Awesome.... likes how they kept the cyclops style..... pure awesome.... The Mime wish he could say the same about the Linkin Park song they're using......don't get this the wrong way, the song is cool but it just doesn't say transformers.....maybe it will fit with the scene that it will be used for, hope that it does....... They should use the original theme song.......maybe remix it or give Linkin Park to remix a version that would be awesome and just put it in there.......acquire the rights and just remix it and put it in there.....that would be something....

    @bawnian-dexeus its hard not too as he had final say on the script and from what i read the two disagread about many things but were eventually able to come to an understanding using many ideas from the several scripts that were written.

    @skywise then I blame Lucas.

    @bawnian-dexeus There were a few things about the movie that were off putting and it wasnt the acting or storyline but certain little bits (monkey Boy, Giant Ants, Tremendous fall from a waterfall with all survivors and no one thrown out) that made me think Lucas had a little to much of a hand in the movies. Although the older films were unrealistic they were very pulpy and believable. I dont hate the latest as so many others do it was just a little disapointing.

    Also i thought the set design could have been so much better. Almost every jungle scene LOOKED like they were on a sound stage. Spielberg can do better. The man is a genius.

    @skywise his next films are sure to be great.
    On the whole Indiana Jones thing, well, maybe its me, but I didn't see the problem with the last installment. I saw it as a way to introduce Shia as the new protoge or however you spell it. Dreams works is gonna roll in it if they continue.

    @bawnian-dexeus I have no doubt he would probably continue producing these films if Hasbro is serious about making more films but i want to see Spielberg fix the Indiana Jones problem. Or at least something original. His next few movies coming out sound really great IMO but ya, your right...i dont think he would direct a TF film.

    @bawnian-dexeus you know Bay has constantly said he would not do Unicron but that is a story that sooo many fans have been crying out for. Maybe with a new director in place we can get down to business.

  19. Bawnian©-Dexeus

    @skywise with all the money it makes overseas, why not right? I'd rather they continue it on a robotic perspective and leave the humans out of it. Like, Iunno, Unicron, continue the war of Cybertron, etc.

    @bawnian-dexeus I thought that Hasbro was in talks to continue the series with a new director but of course, those were just rumors. But like you said...if this movie devestates in theaters you can bet your ass they will put out another one. With or without Bay.

    He looks pretty cool and i love that he still has his one glowing red eye. The Shockwave in the classic cartoon was something of a...bitch (if i may say so) but managed to be one of the coolest action figures. I love this character and i am happy with the way he looks.

    Still crossing my fingers on this one, i dont expect much but if Bay can pull it off and make it a little more hardcore (and less decepticon leg humping) i am all for it. Regardless....its freakin TF! I will see it on the big screen.

    @daveactor7 well it was adapted. in my opinion, I never expect an adaptation to be exactly the same. But as long as its true to the product its alright by me.

    I loved the first and enjoyed the second one for epic action. Despite the critical massacre. I have no doubt this third and final chapter (until how long that ever lasts in Hollywood nowadays), will end on a high note.

    @daveactor7 Agreed. Despite Optimus Prime's death, the 1980s Transformers film was amazing, better than the Bay films. I am excited though for another 80s property thats getting adapted for film; Thundercats. With rumors of the technology that was used to create th Na'vi in Avatar being used to create the Thundercats, I'm really excited for it.

    @Moviedirector agreed. The 1986 animated Transformers film is the best to me. The only thing i like about Bay's films is the cgi.

    @daveactor7 Personally I love the movies, and the animated one which was made back in the 80's lol, its your opionion tho, one thing you gotta admit about the movies, is that the cgi is amazing.
