@junior-roberts I didn't like it. I thougth it was loud and dumb. Just downright dumb and silly. At no time did i get into it. and loose myself in it if you know what i mean. Just a cliche filled story and characters. Even Liam Neeson was kind of annoying

@mka47: Yeah, I know it is from the boardgame. That's what bothers me because the only thing the two have in common are naval ships. THAT'S IT!!!

@junior-roberts it is spawned from the board game. but, when i heard they were making a battleship movie based on the game that didn't bother me. when they started showing footage and that footage was a shameless rip-off of transformers that's when i threw in the towel

Why does everyone hate on this movie? The only thing negative I've seen about this movie is that its "supposedly" spawned from the board game and the movie appears to have nothing to actually do with the game. Besides that, this looks AWESOME!!!!

I haven't seen this movie yet, but i've given all the clips above 5 star ratings after watching the clips, in hope that the movie will seem any better on Blu-ray when its released on Blu-ray in 4 or 5 months from now.
