Sendil Ramamurthy Joins USA's Covert Affairs
The series centers on Piper Perabo's character Annie Walker, a CIA trainee who is suddenly promoted to field agent after breaking up with her mysterious boyfriend that the agency seems particularly interested in. Ramamurthy will play a fellow CIA agent in the series.
Other cast members include Christopher Gorham, Peter Gallagher, Kari Matchett, Anne Dudek and Eion Bailey. The fate of Heroes still hasn't been decided upon by NBC, but with Ramamurthy signing on as a regular in Covert Affairs, it seems he won't be seen in Heroes if the show is picked up for a fifth season.

I'm looking forward to this. His character was the one who got me hooked on Heroes in the first place. He reminded me of some Brits I know. I'm curious to see if they go with the Brit thing, or his native accent and mannerisms.
I don't agree with Josh on either his acting or season 4 being the good one. I thought seasons 1 and 2, in which he was a more central character were far better. Also, posting on an article about a person just to bash the actor is kind of weird.

I don't think he's a bad actor and the fact that he was barely in Season 4 (of "Heroes") doesn't have any bearing on whether I liked it or not. For me, "Heroes" hasn't been good since Season 2, regardless of whether Ramamurthy was part of it or not.

This guy isn't a very good actor. Part of the reason Heroes season 4 was actually good was because he was mostly absent from it.

He was barely seen in "Heroes" this last season. If the show gets renewed, I'm sure he'll make a guest appearance here or there. But that's a big IF.
