See the New Trailer for Wanted

The visual effects from Wanted continue to impress with this newly released trailer for the film. Universal has released the new trailer online and the action film starring James McAvoy, Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman still looks like it intends to raise the bar on action films. Check out the new trailer below.

Wanted is the first English-language film by Russian screen-writer Timur Bekmambetov. The movie revolves around an apathetic 25-year-old (McAvoy) who discovers that his murdered father was a member of the Fraternity, a society of assassins with special powers. A woman named Fox (Jolie) lures him in to the Fraternity, which trains him how to use his formerly dormant powers to avenge his father's death. The film is based on the graphic novel series created by Mark Millar.

Wanted was released June 27th, 2008 and stars James McAvoy, Morgan Freeman, Angelina Jolie, Terence Stamp, Thomas Kretschmann, Common, Kristen Hager, Marc Warren. The film is directed by Timur Bekmambetov.

    Didn't like Nightwatch or Daywatch i thought they were both creative but both extremely confusing and over the top Wanted just looks like a English language sequel to Nightwatch at least to me anyway.

    well thats a given moviemaniac, a pixar film will blow most any movie out of the water opening weekend, so people looking for a rusty noise making sh*t heap will take there kids, load up there economy sized mini van and go see wall-e, whereas someone looking for 2 hours of action with no little 14 year olds running up and down the aisle will go see wanted. I for one, will be seeing wanted, not for the action per-say, but rather because I fear for the lives of the annoying children were I to go see Wall-E.
