Second The Hunger Games Clip

Lionsgate has released the second clip from The Hunger Games, director Gary Ross' highly-anticipated adaptation which debuts in theaters March 23. Josh Hutcherson stars as the District 12 tribute Peeta Mellark, and one of the traditions before each year's Hunger Games is that each tribute is interviewed by Caesar Flickerman (Stanley Tucci).
