@k-man Well in my desperate hunting, I found, until they officially release it, the best version there is out there. It's still a Bootleg though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=Jv46RdLpO-c

the thing i like about this Bane is the fact that he did not want to play the hero he waited till his guard was down

It seems that Nolan's Bane is indeed the dark side of Doc Savage as his creators originally intended. He's intelligent, strong, devoted to the LoS, and knowing pain his whole life won't think twice about unleashing it upon others. With Batman as the traitor who's responsible for the death of their father figure who brought them salvation, Bane will be driven all the more to succeed in his mission and make Batman sit back and watch.

Keep in mind that Batman's death isn't really physical. He can hang up the cape & cowl, but you can't kill an idea. Likewise you can't kill a city. After the great Frisco fire, everyone violated construction codes to keep east coast investors interested in financing Frisco's reconstruction. So Bane could destroy the city, but throughout history cities have been rebuilt. He seems to have thrust Gotham into anarchy, but I'd imagine such destruction would bring them to their senses.

He doesn't die, i did not have to chance to read the comics but after hearing so much about this Bane i had to go and take a look on his profile, I believe that the poster have much to do about the fact that he break Batman's back and leave him paraplegic for years and becomes the ruler in GC. Now I understand... so who will be the substitute?

Very cool......but I actually think the posters that came out for The Dark Knight were more impressive (like the buildings with the fire smiley-face).
However, this one is cool too. I'd be willing to bet the "theatrical posters" for this will be equally as epic.

By the way, cant wait for the trailer this week!!! Its going to be AWESOME. Plus, with all the INCREDIBLE hype over the 6 minute footage (which is said to be simply amazing).....I'm getting more and more pumped up for this movie by the day.

Well people, you've all read the comics, and you know the type of mind Nolan has. He will follow the source material, add what we now call the "Nolan-twist&#169" and leave us, the prime example opt film buffs and moviegoers at the edge of our seats with the next second. I'm prepared for this film. I read Kingtfall, Bane's Revenge, Bane of the Demon and much more of Bats and characters....and even with the knowledge I have, there's a chance I will see a brand new age of Bats next year. Am I inspired? Hell yeah! You have no idea. Is the poster awesome? Quite. Does it spoil? Not true! If it's one thing I know is that "The Legend Ends" will mean more than just bones breaking.

@corey @pjwolsker Spider-Man 3 had a very big problem going against it even before shooting began: Venom. The studio wanted him in the film, Raimi did not (he doesn't like the character). The studio force-fed Venom onto the director, which hurt the film very much. Nolan won't have that problem. Also, the predictability of Spider-Man 3 was a great factor. I knew everything that was going to happen in the last forty minutes or so (MJ getting kidnapped, Peter going to Harry for help, etc.), and I think everyone else saw the same things going on as well. TDK took care of possible staleness by blowing up Rachel Dawes. The only two women in TDKR, Catwoman and Miranda Tate (Talia?) figure to be much less damsel-in-distress and more the ass-kicking type of women.

@ROFLitschristian...LOL i dont know about a fat Batman, a little out of shape but not to fat, its only gonna be 8 years, doubt hed let himself go that much, but im sure seeing Bale in old man make up and a cane with a grumpy attitude like in Batman beyond would be equally awesome

  28. Pjwolsker

@corey i gotcha.. ha dont worry.. Sam Raimi wasnt allowed all the freedom Christopher Nolan has. Sam was forced to do what the studio wanted instead of what he wanted.. Nolan doesnt have that problem
