The Bourne Legacy Trailer 2

The narrative architect behind the Bourne film series, Tony Gilroy, takes the helm in the next chapter of the hugely popular espionage franchise that has earned almost $1 billion at the global box office: The Bourne Legacy. The writer/director expands the Bourne universe created by Robert Ludlum with an original story that introduces us to a new hero (Jeremy Renner) whose life-or-death stakes have been triggered by the events of the first three films. For The Bourne Legacy, Renner joins fellow series newcomers Rachel Weisz, Edward Norton, Stacy Keach and Oscar Isaac, while franchise veterans Albert Finney, Joan Allen, David Strathairn and Scott Glenn reprise their roles.
The Bourne Legacy was released August 10th, 2012 and stars Jeremy Renner, Scott Glenn, Stacy Keach, Edward Norton, Donna Murphy, Michael Chernus, Corey Stoll, Alice Gainer. The film is directed by Tony Gilroy.

Pretty cool how this movie seems to take place within the same timeline as Ultimatum, and that Bourne seems to not be alone , there looks to be other operatives around the world that had similiar training in the program...

really glad to see where they were going with this film....by the looks of it, the actual timing of this movie coincides with The Bourne Ultimatum

@TheNarrator I would say Bourne would prob kick his ass-but I'd say Jeremy Renner kicks Matt Damon's ass nowadays in acting lmao

Wouldn't be a contest, @bawnian-dexeus. Bourne would still kick his ass. Lol.
Anyways, I've given this project a chance from the get-go, and I'm glad to see the majority of my susp*cions have been confirmed. I'm liking what I am seeing.

Looks pretty awesome. I'll give this a chance. At first I wasn't sure...I mean Damon MADE the Bourne series and to think that he probably doesn't even have cameo is weird. But Renner looks like he could pull this off and make it look great.

Will this be a new series? Should Damon make a cameo? Have two Bournes duke it out?

Huntsman
I have my doubts about this film because it looks like their turning Renner's character into some kind of super solider. Sure Bourne was and is good, but he was still human who could get injured and bleed.
Still I'll give Renner and the film a chance after all I gave Matt Damon a chance in the first film when no one thought he could play a action star.
