@youngrizo I noticed that, as well. December is looking more crowded than usual with heavy hitters. I'll likely see them all, but I could see where Tintin, being a bit of a harder sell than tried and true franchises, could be hurt.

As big a fan as I am of Tintin and as much as I will be there opening night for this... I think they should have placed it in a release window more friendly for it, it's opening right into Sherlock Holmes and Mission Impossible 4.... those films are not to be taken as light competition

@diaigma What I meant was, the adults that grew up with Tin Tin, like yourself. I' sure there will be kids and all, but more attendance with older viewers.

@bawnian-dexeus - it's one of those "for all ages" things. It'll be PG.

Could this mean a 2nd trailer for HP7P2? My assumption may be right! :)

@diaigma I'm assuming more adults will be watching this film than younger viewers

Tintin = gun wielding badass reporter! :D

This is officially the most exciting trailer of the year so far, for me :P

And they nailed Haddock. He's going to steal this movie.

@dan1 - Not all of Zemeckis motion capture films were all bad. But I agree, before I was not fully into the motion capture idea but this trailer sold me.

This looks fantastic. I haven't been too much of a fan of fully motion captured movies, thanks to Zemeckis' failed films (in my eyes), but this looks to change my opinion on the genre. Also nice that if it's successful (which I'm betting it will be), they've got the sequels lining up to go as well. Bout time we got another great adventure movie.
