Scott Bakula Joins Matt Damon in The Informant
Variety reported Bakula will play Brian Shepherd, an FBI agent who exposes an international price-fixing scheme with the help of biochemist Mark Whitacre (Damon). The film is based on a true story.
No production date has been set.
The Informant! was released September 18th, 2009 and stars Matt Damon, Lucas McHugh Carroll, Eddie Jemison, Rusty Schwimmer, Craig Ricci Shaynak, Tom Papa, Rick Overton, Melanie Lynskey. The film is directed by Steven Soderbergh.

is matt damon doing only movies that involve espionage or some double agent bullsh*t now?
and just cuz its true based doesnt mean its a good story. and based on means that some guy at some time at a donut and or sneezed and they made a movie about something unrelated. but beacuse they show it in the movie, they can say its based on anything they want
