People is reporting that Iron Man 2 actress Scarlett Johansson will be auctioning off two tickets to the Iron Man 2 premiere, along with a meet-and-greet with Johansson herself.

All of the proceeds from this auction will go to benefit OxFam America, an organization that seeks long-term solutions for poverty and hunger in America. The auction will begin on Thursday, September 17 at 10 PM ET at eBay.com/OxFam and will run through September 24.

The winning bidder and a guest will receive tickets to the Los Angeles premiere and will also receive a complementary session at Cristophe Salon in Beverly Hills to get ready for the big night.
