However, when SWAT Commander Rigg is abducted and thrust into a game, the last officer untouched by Jigsaw has but ninety minutes to overcome a series of demented traps and save an old friend or face the deadly consequences.

In my opinion all the saw movies kick-ass and saw 4 should be pretty good!

Saw 1 was not different, it was just a grisly interpretation of David Fincher's Se7en. It's one of the worst horror franchises in my opinion

i loved how the 1st film concentrated on two people being chained up on a bathroom floor, the entire room is a puzzle and they have to contemplate their escape, only to result in a failed attempt of redemption
the sequels afterwards strayed a little to far from this concentration, now the films have been recently concentrating on how flashy and elaborate the death scenes can be, the plot twists pale in comparison to saw 1's original surprise ending
so what i'm saying is i hold no high expectations from saw 4, just another gory film
saw 1 may not have had the best storyline, but at least it was different and it was going somewhere
