Samuel L. Jackson has agreed to topline the New Line comedy Man That Rocks the Cradle. According to Variety, this will be the first role for Jackson under his new deal with Uppity Films.

Josh Cagan wrote the script, which revolves around an overworked husband of four kids that decides to hire a nanny. Jackson will play Marion Delacroix, a male nanny that has earned a reputation as a "kid whisperer".

The film is set to go into production early next year.
