If you're an relatively unknown actor, being a superhero will skyrocket your career let's face it. All the previous heros were semi-unknowns besides Edward Norton.

Damn, first Howard, then Jackson, and now Rockwell. This suck the recession is actually teaching actors that there is no exceptions but Marvel do have money issues. Also I read Rouke may not be in it because he is only getting paid 250,000. Now that's crazy.

I agree, it's always best to keep the original actors in their original parts, but I just cant complain. Losing Howard and gaining Cheadle is like losing a quarter, then finding a way cooler and more awesome quarter. As for Rockwell, I really hope he gets it. Him and Downey going opposite each other would be something to see.

they aren't goin to cast cheadle, they have cast cheadle. it is done, set in stone, can not be changed. while i really have no preference between the two actors, i do wish they would have at least kept the original cast for continuity stake.
as for Fury idc if Sam is replace, not to say idc that u care, just saying it doesn't bother me, he was only there for like 1 minute anyway. but i do hope that Sam rockwell will get the part, i like him alot.

Yes I would love Terrence Howard to come back too, but it doesn't look like he is going to. I think they are going to cast Don Cheadle in his part.

Me too, Killer. Me too. I hope they get him. I hope that Samuel L. Jackson stays on as Nick Fury, though, as VIS pointed out, they based the Ultimate Nick Fury off of Jackson, so I can't see any reason why he WOULDN'T return, you know?
