Sam Huntington Lives for Dead of Night

IESB.net has revealed that Sam Huntington has joined the cast of director Kevin Munroe's comic book adaptation Dead of Night, reteaming with his Superman Returns co-star Brandon Routh. The film began shooting in New Orleans last week.

The film stars Brandon Routh as Dylan Dog, a reluctant private investigator who is drawn into the world of vampires, werewolves and the undead. Huntington will star as Marcus, sidekick to Routh's Dylan.

The film is based on the best-selling Italian comic book series "Dylan Dog," created by Tiziano Sclavi.

Dylan Dog: Dead of Night was released April 29th, 2011 and stars Brandon Routh, Anita Briem, Sam Huntington, Peter Stormare, Taye Diggs, Paulington James Christensen III, Kurt Angle, Brian Steele. The film is directed by Kevin Munroe.

    I can tell this is going to be just a lame as Van Helsing with Hugh Jackman. Routh is a terrible actor. This movie has a taste of dead in it. Cause it'll suck.
