Ok...this is old...since Guy Ritchie recently shot down the rumors that Oscar winner Russell Crowe was up for the sidekick role of Dr. Watson in his Sherlock Holmes movie!!

However, Ritchie told reporters at the London premiere of his new flick 'RocknRolla,' "I don't have a Watson. Somebody just told me that I have Russell Crowe lined up but that's news to me. I suspect that hasn't happened and I'm still looking for my Watson."

Gallagher, you must not have seen my earlier comment. I know this isn't the other Sherlock movie, I was just stating that I'll see this rather than the dumb Comedy based one.

Vampire2000, you're thinking of the other Sherlock Holmes flick. There's that one with Ferrell and Cohen and the Guy Ritchie Holmes flick, which this story is for. I'm sure Ritchie's will be LOADS better than the other.

    Peace in. Gallagher out!

Yea, especially with Will F*cking Ferrell. I can stand Sacha Baron Cohen, but Will Ferrell, no f*cking way.

Sweet jesus, i was at the theater with just downey jr., now crowe might play the villain?...I'M THERE TIMES A THOUSAND!!! ;)

And vamp, i too can't stand the thought of a comedic sherlock holmes...why bother?

And gerard butler as watson?... You're right, ed, i'm glad he turned it down. Butler's great, but he wouldn't make a good watson

This'll be good, I'll definitely see this before the comedic one, which I'm still trying to decide the point of.
