Justice League
They have confirmed that Miller did not appear on the 'Sunrise Morning Show' let alone discuss anything to do with "Justice League" or "Mad Max".
Rumors have been circling for months that Miller was leaving Justice League but have not been confirmed or dispelled until now.
Still, little is known of the project that could team up superheros Batman, Superman, The Flash, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter and the Green Lantern under one big action-packed roof.
Justice League of America is in development .

Sh*t, I had my hopes up that this was dying.
If Christopher Nolan will stop beating around the bush and tell WB whether or not he'll do another Batman movie, WB can finally move forward with the Superman Reboot (fingers crossed) and more importantly, the Green Lantern movie.
I think there is a lot of potential for a World's Finest if they make TDK's sequel with the Supes reboot in mind (Still holding out hope for Millar's script to win).
I'm just really excited for production to get going on GL. I was skeptical about Ryan Gosling, he's a great young actor but he's really no Hal Jordan. Of course then I thought: "The Hal Jordan I'm used to reading has whitewalls most of the time", and I could see gosling as a younger, more impetuous Jordan. He needs to grow his hair out for it though, and dye it a darker brown.

LOL
There so needs to be a World's Finest Film
I see it now The World's Finest film is the first chain of events to lead up to The Justice League Of America Film, but noooooooo Aquaman, he sounds cool and all but what superhero converses with bloody fish.
Plus Water CGI costs too much

Truthfully and honestly.
Look as brutal as this sounds, right VIS, i understand your point and i understand yours Killah.
You see what none of you 2 have figured here is that your both technically kinda right but just having creative argumental discussions on the subject matter at hand.
DC like to seperate their universes (which is VIS's point)
&
While Killah wants to keep with the style of continuity.
Right one think you guys gotta remember is that Bale has refused to participate with any other heroes, he believes that the 'Nolan Bros' Batman is a lone wolf
(So in brief, Killah, Bale would never participate in a JLA film, but that ain't stopping him from being a partcipant of a dream cast and who knows maybe money can persuade the mind, but JLA needs to be a big ass budget film, would you use a massive amount on it to get one main actor, when say the difference between hiring Duhamel & Bale could be merely something like let's say much more than 1 millions U.S.D).
And also VIS, there is a possible way that Nolan could tie it into a World's Finest movie but never a JLA film. Your statement made this gigantic idea in my head.
So in the briefest of terms your both kind of right

Can't really say I have much input in this matter... All I am thinking about is that the "Wonder Woman" project better see the light of day before this ever does. And please, no Beyoncé.

As long as Routh is in the reboot, and Vis has a point bout Nolan's film being ruined by the JLA movie. Btw, does anyone know who Mark Miller is working with in the reboot? Just wondering.

You don't even spell Miami right...
Do you REALLY believe Nolan's Batman could tie into a JLA film? That reality is as real as a comic book movie can get. Once you throw in the possibility of aliens from unknown worlds and a man who can run faster than light, you're ruining it and the potential Oscar and loads of money it's made will be tarnished. Did you even read my comment? You prob. did, but you know I'm right, you just don't want to admit it, so you thought up a ridiculous comeback. That comeback was mostly name calling and cursing with no real facts to back up your "opinion." I'm going to repeat myself anyway: young people will still see the movie because it'll likely be a summer blockbuster, and just because Bale and Routh could carry the movie doesn't mean they should because DC keeps their projects separate. Unless they plan on tying in Nolan's Batman(which I've already stated why that would be a huge mistake), they'd have to start the Batman universe over and that would really get people pissed. Really...THINK. If they plan on tying movies together like the Avengers(which I don't think they should because it just looks like they're copying them and they should prove they can make a movie the DC WAY, NOT Marvel way), they'd likely tie in the upcoming Superman reboot and other future projects but leave Batman alone and just introduce him in the JLA movie...unless they're complete idiots and think like you do. Speaking of the Supes reboot, I would NOT mind if Routh was in JLA if he's in the reboot, which has been rumored and is likely he will be. Superman needs a reboot, so that would make sense. Having Bale in the JLA flick would not...ya gettin me?

killahmovie, the "target audience" is comic fans, not drugged up, teenage pricks. I was nice with my comment, but I guess you're too drugged up to understand why it's a bad idea to have young actors portray these characters. And who cares if Brolin "got ass whooped" by Paul Walker...that was in a MOVIE, and he's an actor who is following, wait for it, a script. The JLA consists of the World's Greatest Super Heroes, and you want 20 something rejects playing them when the Avengers has the likes of Downey and Norton, who are a lil older and have EXPERIENCE in the biz, just like the JLA has experience. They are the veterans of the DC Universe and should be taken seriously, not targeted at teeny boppers, who will see the movie even if the actors don't fit their "age requirement."
Also, Duhamal wouldn't be replacing Bale. If ya hadn't noticed, DC keeps its series separate and they should, because Nolan's Batman is a universe all its own and wouldn't tie into other projects, which I've ALREADY stated, but I've been having to repeat myself a lot this week. Bale would still be Batman, but in the Batman movies, NOT in a JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA movie. I KNOW Bale and Routh could carry this movie, but that doesn't mean they will or should
Judging by your avatar and how you type on this site, I can tell why you'd want a young cast, because your a "gangster" wannabe and an older cast...well, let me put it in terms you might understand: "Dat wouldnt be cool man." You don't know sh*t

i feel as if there is no Bale/Routh in JLA there is no
JLA, Brolin as superman WTF? this guys good but hes no superman (hes got ass whooped by paul walker) and let get this str8 u want Josh Duhamal to replace Bale as Batman? LMFAO!!! that guy looks like an older version of ryan searcrest or how ever u spell his name,Both Bale and Routh have what it takes to carry this movie, they both have strong "facial features" and yes the rest of the JLA should be "young" its called target audience and its JLA not the retierment home for poorly casted super actors

I'm actually hoping it is done, this could expand the franchise and annihilate the possibility of a Robin entering or even possibly a Robin continuing on Batman's work.
But here is the most exciting thing a project that may be or possibly be directed by both Christopher Nolan & Zack Synder.

Agent Vis, and Chronic, you guys are right.
Zack Snyder Interested in The Dark Knight Returns Movie?
http://www.slashfilm.com/ 2008/ 07/ 26/ zack-snyder-in...
"At the Watchmen panel, Zack Snyder expressed his love for Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns, in response to a question about the more mature direction of comic book adaptations. "There are a lot of other graphic novels out there, but I would love to see Frank Miller's Dark Knight made into a movie, but that's just me." Later at the Entertainment Weekly Visionaries panel, Frank Miller told Snyder "You can do it anytime you want to Zack". To which Snyder said he was making a note of Miller's response. Now I know this is very speculative, but even Batman producer Michael Uslan has already expressed interest in a possible adaptation."

You know what would be nice, if they interacted all the films as one like a connecting link to each one.
I'm doing exactly that in my 4 part Batman script well it might be 4 it may need an expansion, if it gets too much for 4 films.
But i'm kinda making mine like this epic saga, think if Batman was done the kind of way Star Wars was except no prequels & animated films dumbed down for kids.
Also i agree with Vis, about the ages of the JLA. Like i dunno if this kinda makes sense but for example WW, Bats & Supes should be good looking but still look mature like facial feature wise.
It just seems rather idiotic having them all young,
Also Vis nice call on Brolin & Duhamel.
Also Ryan Reynolds is actually in talks to play The Flash, hopefully if the film can get off the ground

I hope you're not wanting all the heroes to be young *ssholes like Miller is thinking. The JLA should have a sense of "these guys are veterans" hence some casting choices who are a lil older. This isn't the Teen Titans...it's the Justic League of America.
If that's not the reason you didn't like my casting choices, then...that was still worth saying lol

Actually to state upon the 3rd Batman installment.
There may be a 3rd film, Nolan hasn't officially confirmed a 3rd Batman film that he'll direct, he state
'If we can create a strong story that can topple its predecessor, but my main concern is it being a third, which is usually the weakest of a trilogy. I mean how many good trilogies can you name that ended great on the third film?'
(Only one i can think of is LOTR)
But anyway back to Batman 3 entitled 'The Dark Knight Returns' which yes is based on the Frank Miller Graphic Novel and the rights have been given to the oe and only person suitable to continue the Batman Franchise that Nolan created, and that person is ZACK SYNDER.
According to what i've read the film will begin with an old-aged Bruce Wayne / Batman returning to Gotham City, trying to get back in the cape but yet he realises he is ooo so too old.
As for JLA, it needs a build-up like Avengers

I never said it would top TDK. I said that when a movie makes that much money you have to make a sequel. They don't go in a room and say the only reason we made all this money was because of this one reason. They say money money and oh yeah money so lets make a sequel and we can to continue making ummm money. A sequel to TDK is gonna make money without The Joker.
