RUMOR CLEARED! No Reshoots for Sherlock Holmes

UPDATE! We've gotten word from a trusted Warner Bros. rep that the below rumor is totally untrue. It seems that a UK tabloid started the rumor which apparently The Sun then picked up on. All is on schedule with the Sherlock Holmes production, and everything is going as planned.

Original Rumor: It seems a legendary detective isn't as elementary as one would think. According to The Sun UK, Warner Bros. has reportedly sent director Guy Ritchie back to re-shoot five weeks worth of scenes of Sherlock Holmes.

We'll keep you posted on any developments on this film, which, as of now, is scheduled to open on November 13.

Sherlock Holmes was released December 25th, 2009 and stars Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law, Rachel McAdams, Mark Strong, Eddie Marsan, Robert Maillet, Geraldine James, Kelly Reilly. The film is directed by Guy Ritchie.

    WTF?

    So it's not true, which begs the question was the entire thing a rumor(i.e. reshoots AND the "unrealism" which was the original cause for the rumored reshoots that they're not showing now on this thread) or just the reshoots? Because if the "unrealism" is true, then maybe they should do reshoots or it'll just feel like an Indiana Jones movie
