Rose McGowan joins the cast of Conan
According to Variety, Conan is directed by Marcus Nispel and written by Thomas Dean Donnelly & Joshua Oppenheimer, Sean Hood and Andrew Lobel.
The film is based on the Robert E. Howard books, and centers on the mythical hero driven to avenge the murder of his father and the slaughter of his village.
Lang will portray a sadistic warlord, and McGowan is to play an evil half-human/half-witch. Howard appears as young Conan, and Perlman portrays Conan's father.
Production began Monday at Nu Boyana Studios, Nu Image's facility in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Conan the Barbarian was released August 19th, 2011 and stars Jason Momoa, Stephen Lang, Rachel Nichols, Ron Perlman, Rose McGowan, Bob Sapp, Leo Howard, Steven O'Donnell. The film is directed by Marcus Nispel.

i don't like rose mcgowan, i think she's a ham, but i'm not prepared to poo-poo conan yet, i still think it's going to turn out well, or at least entertaining.
