Ron Howard's Rush Gets September 2013 Release Date

Universal Pictures has made some changes to its 2013 release schedule today by handing out a September 20, 2013 date for Rush, director Ron Howard's drama set in the world of Formula 1 racing. It is currently the only movie occupying that release date, as of yet.

The studio also moved Oblivion up one week, from April 26, 2013 to April 19, 2013. The sci-fi thriller will also be released exclusively in the IMAX format one week earlier on April 12. It will be competing with Scary Movie 5 in its new release date. Tom Cruise stars alongside Morgan Freeman, Olga Kurylenko, and Andrea Riseborough.

Universal also moved Mama up nine months from October 3, 2013 to January 18, 2013. It will square off against Arnold Schwarzenegger's The Last Stand and Broken City, starring Mark Wahlberg and Russell Crowe.

Rush comes to theaters September 20th, 2013 and stars Chris Hemsworth, Olivia Wilde, Natalie Dormer, Daniel Brühl, Alexandra Maria Lara, Lee Asquith-Coe, Tom Wlaschiha, Julian Seager. The film is directed by Ron Howard.

    @superman81 so agree with you. and not entirely sure if you meant "another worthington" in a good or bad way but i certainly think sam worthington is a bit overated and does not stretch too much with different roles.

    Hemsworth is good at playing Thor and that is about it. Snow White he was the same guy only with a different name. I am not to impressed with him as an actor. Another Worthington imo.
