Robert Rodriguez Is Not Doing Clash of the Titans!

AICN is reporting that Robert Rodriguez has decided not to direct the upcoming Clash of the Titans remake. Another site reported that the director was a lock, but AICN made a call to the director himself to set the business straight.

Rodriguez directly confirmed that he was looking to direct the film, but dropped out because they wanted him to do it before the strike. The action director would rather make his own personal projects during that time.

The article went on to say that Lawrence Kasdan's script for the film was "pretty great." Only time will tell who they get to helm this masterpiece in the waiting.
