Rob Schneider is set to join Adam Sandler in the comedy, You Don't Mess With the Zohan for Columbia Pictures; Sandler is also producing through his Happy Madison Productions.

Judd Apatow, Robert Smigel and Sandler wrote the story that centers around a Mossad agent (Sandler) who fakes his death so he can move to New York and become a hair stylist, says The Hollywood Reporter; Schneider's character is an East Yistannen cab driver.

You Don't Mess With the Zohan begins shooting this summer in Los Angeles and New York; a summer 2008 release has been scheduled.
