Movie PictureAccording to Box Office Mojo, Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith raked in an estimated $35 million on Friday, down about 30 percent in its second day of release. By comparison, the previous prequel, Attack of the Clones, made $24.4 million on its first Friday, off 19 percent, while the first prequel, The Phantom Menace, made $18.5 million.

George Lucas' final prequel has amassed around $85 million in two days, which, if estimates hold, would inch past Spider-Man's $83.0 million as the biggest two-day haul on record. By Sunday, Revenge of the Sith should set the four-day record with over $150 million in the till. The previous benchmark was The Matrix Reloaded's $134.3 million.
