Red Dawn: Collector's Edition Due on July 17?
Now this is from The Digital Bits Rumor Mill, but it seems that on July 17 MGM will be releasing the Red Dawn: Collector's Edition!
Synopsis:
The United States has been invaded and it's up to a band of local kids (called The Wolverines) in a small town to defend their land. Starring such '80s icons as Patrick Swayze, Charlie Sheen, C. Thomas Howell, Lea Thompson, Jennifer Grey and Harry Dean Stanton, this film contains one of the most shocking openings of any movie ever brought to American movie screens.
Sadly, there is nothing else offered about that release at this time. We don't know what it will cost, what bonus features it will contain, or if it will be on one of the next generation formats. What we do know is that once we have some more news on this highly anticipated release we will certainly bring it to you.

cuba invades the USA? what sort of science fiction bullsh*t is this? i guess for the illiterate american this passes as history. the story is so out of this real of possiblity it's almost a comedy. and that stuff about the 'wolverines' is just damn hillarious. only mushy takes this stuff seriously.
