Rebecca Romijn to Star in Eastwick
According to Variety, Romijn most recently starred on the Alphabet's Ugly Betty, will play Roxie, the lead character on Eastwick.
The actress joins a cast that also includes Lindsay Price, Veronica Cartwright and Jaime Ray Newman. Eastwick is based on John Updike's novel "The Witches of Eastwick," as well as the 1987 feature film of the same name.
Maggie Friedman is the scribe and exec producer, while David Nutter is directing Eastwick, which comes from Warner Bros. TV.
Eastwick revolves around three women who discover they have mystical powers when a mysterious man comes to town.

Rebecca is quite talented actress although many people take her as just a gorgeous blonde. She showed us her great acting skills in FEMME FATALE, GODSEND, MAN ABOUT TOWN ....

unless romijn is covered in blue makeup i cant take her seriously.
any way at least it's a movie about witches and not vampires, but still, movies about high-maintenance bitches who turn out to be witches never seem to turn out very good, in my opinion.
