Prometheus was released June 8th, 2012 and stars Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba, Guy Pearce, Logan Marshall-Green, Sean Harris, Rafe Spall. The film is directed by Ridley Scott.

Looks epic! I wish it was a stand alone sci-fi movie, not an alien prequel. It looks like it could rival the world of Avatar or Star Trek. Just saying...

in fact... it has LESS than the last one lol at least it had the tagline in the last one haha. oh well... I'm still not completley sold on this... the trailer is OUTSTANDING. and I'm only gonna see it for Fassbender and Charlize :)

@newtron That would be interesting but I can't honestly say I can distinguish miniature work from CG anymore, or the real thing for that matter. I guess that just means they've perfected it.

I have a feeling Ridley Scott has outdone himself on this one. I see some CG, but a lot of that work looks like a combination of CG and miniature work...anybody thinking the same thing? Either way, it looks fantastic.
