Plot and Cast Revealed for Saw V

Lionsgate has revealed both the plot and the full cast list for Saw V, which will be released right in time for Halloween on October 24, 2008.

The studio's description of the film states that Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) is apparently the last person left to carry on the legacy of Jigsaw (Tobin Bell). When that secret is threatened, Hoffman must go on the hunt to eliminate any loose ends.

The cast of Saw V includes Scott Petterson, Betsy Russell, Mark Rolston, Carlo Rota, Julie Benz, Greg Bryk, Laura Gordon and Meagan Good. The film will be directed by David Hackl, and the script was written by Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan.

Saw V was released October 24th, 2008 and stars Tobin Bell, Costas Mandylor, Scott Patterson, Betsy Russell, Julie Benz, Meagan Good, Mark Rolston, Carlo Rota. The film is directed by David Hackl.

    SAW just became more random that it originally was. I don't see how another film would change that. It would only worsen the franchise. But i guess as long as the SAW movies keep making money, they'll keep getting made.

Coz this is really gettin on my f*ckin nerves,the second third one was a only shadow of the first two and it seems it has been goin downhill ever since.Its either they keep the origional underlying plot or end the whole project right now.Maybe they want to take Uwe Boll's place,HA ha ha !!

    LAME!!!! Just a Re-Hash of of the other films...this one will bomb...& end up on late night cable & the DVD will be on a clearance rack at Walmart!

    I stopped seeing the fims after Part 2...I can't "EVEN" remember Part 2...I guess it was nothing "THAT" special!!

Tobin Bell (Jigsaw) signed on for 6 films when they casted him in the first film. Hell, I read that news on this site I do believe. So obviously, he's going to be in it til it ends...not #3...where the hell did you get that from? Did you just make that up or something lol?     THIS...NEEDS...TO...STOP!!!!!!!! They're ruining the series!!!!! First it was a deal for 5 sequels that was beyond James Wan's control, and now they're making up 2 more after this one??????? WHY?????? They can't possibly be making as much money as the original three. I haven't even seen #4 yet, and I've heard plenty of bad things about it!!! You kill Jigsaw, then you've killed the series.
