Piranha 3DD secures a September 2 release date
Piranha 3DD is being directed by Feast's John Gulager, who is writing the screenplay with long-time collaborators Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan. Production will begin early this winter.
Also, the Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried starring Now has set a release date of September 30, 2011.
Source Code, starring Vera Farmiga, Jake Gyllenhaal and Michelle Monaghan has moved up two weeks from its April 15, 2011 date to April 1, 2011.
Every Day, starring Carla Gugino, Liev Schreiber and Helen Hunt has set a release date of January 14, 2011.
Shark Night 3D was released September 2nd, 2011 and stars Sara Paxton, Dustin Milligan, Chris Carmack, Katharine McPhee, Chris Zylka, Alyssa Diaz, Joel Moore, Sinqua Walls. The film is directed by David R. Ellis.
Piranha 3DD was released June 1st, 2012 and stars Danielle Panabaker, Matt Bush, David Koechner, Jean-Luc Bilodeau, Chris Zylka, Katrina Bowden, Adrian Martinez, Paul James. The film is directed by John Gulager.
In Time was released October 28th, 2011 and stars Justin Timberlake, Olivia Wilde, Shyloh Oostwald, Johnny Galecki, Colin McGurk, Will Harris, Michael William Freeman, Jesse Lee Soffer. The film is directed by Andrew Niccol.
Source Code was released April 1st, 2011 and stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Monaghan, Vera Farmiga, Jeffrey Wright, Michael Arden, Cas Anvar, Russell Peters, Brent Skagford. The film is directed by Duncan Jones.
Every Day was released January 14th, 2011 and stars Carla Gugino, Liev Schreiber, Helen Hunt, Brian Dennehy, Eddie Izzard, Ezra Miller, David Harbour, Benita Robledo. The film is directed by Richard Levine.

Other than Soure Code and Now, I really have no interest in any of these movies. I can't believe they're making another Piranha film, and the title Piranha 3DD? Really, could someone not come up with something a little more creative?

Every Piranha movie has been bad including the remake they did this year. The sequel is clearly a money grab for the struggling Dimension Films.

This would have had sumthing cookin if it went from Piranha to a jaws movie but w/out the 3d crap., But 3d is fuking up alot of movies these days. people wanna c a movie not special f/x w glasses. Then again.. the movie it self has to b good in order 4 it to get a 3d pass, other wise people r not gonna see it. other than 2d. But back to the point.. We could use another jaws reboot, its been along time since the 1st jaws came out. and it would have been great coming from a Piranha type of horror movie. But theres always that dumb director who will make sum kinda BS film called jaws vs Piranha, lol
