Pictures of Corey Haim in Crank 2!

A slew of behind the scenes photos of Amy Smart in Crank High Voltage have been making the rounds, and you might have recognized one of the thugs she is beating up. Why, it's none other than the Haimster himself, Corey Haim. Haim, who hasn't been able to spill the beans about this on his own website, made an official announcement about the project to TMZ earlier today coming out of the Newsroom on Robertson Blvd. in Beverly Hills.

Corey Haim in Crank 2
Crank High Voltage, the sequel to Jason Statham's crazy adrenaline fueled thrill ride Crank, is currently shooting in and around the Los Angeles area for a 2009 release.

Crank High Voltage was released April 17th, 2009 and stars Jason Statham, Amy Smart, Dwight Yoakam, Efren Ramirez, Julanne Chidi Hill, Reno Wilson, Keone Young, Art Hsu. The film is directed by Mark Neveldine, Brian Taylor.

    i would like to think he was alive after the fall but that would be stupid and make no sense unless the only thing that could kill him is the poison. and the entire cast is back well the ones after he passes out after the cab scene. and they said it will have everything the first one had plus another crazy sex scene more crazy than the first jason statham said so

    no that never happened he passed out after he to that drug in the cab the directors metioned it on the commentary they said in these very words its possible he could be dreaming right here and the other guy giggled and said a possibility of a sequel. geez know your movies guys not being mean but this is the third time i mentioned it go buy the dvd for proof listen to the commetary carefully

    I am with The Comix on this one, he may have been an actor in the 80's that you liked, but he wasn't a "good" actor, he was just an actor in the 80's, but none the less he is a has-been now and who the f*ck cares if he is in Crank 2 or not.

    Btw, Corey Haim was a good 80's teen actor (The Lost Boys, Lucas) that some movie fans grew up on.

    The Comix, down the road, someone will comment in a movie website who the f*ck cares about so&so from whatever new movie and you'll think, who's this jerk making a callous remark about this actor from movies you enjoyed growing up but has since fallen off the capricious pop cultural radar, but staging something of a comeback.

    Crank 2 might be good, I honestly dont even think it's necessary. They should just leave it as onefilm but w/e

    Those pictures are funny...It's sweet justice for him ("Canadian passport issues/locked out of Lost Boys2)to be in a theatrical released movie, while his frenemy Feldman gets his movie dumped straight to DVD.
