to watch the video interview for yourself!In Spy Hunter, the adaptation of the 1983 video game, The Rock will play a former F-15 pilot Alec Sects who joins a government agency called International Espionage Services (IES) and a group called Spy Hunters. With his experimental car the G-6155 Interceptor, Alec and the Spy Hunters are told to bring down the leader of an organization called NOSTRA International, Daemon Curry. Of course this organization wants world domination and are equipped with their own high-tech gear.
Spy Hunter comes to theaters in 2012.

Why is it going to be based on the 1983 version of Spy Hunter when Dwayne Johnson released his own videogame, Spy Hunter: Nowhere to Run, in 2006?

Hmmmmm, That's a pity. I know absolutely nothing about this movie, or anything about the game, except from that small little summary at the end. It's a pity because Paul W.S. Anderson does wonderfully with movies, I mean, look at the Resident Evil series, and also at Death Race, which looks amazing.
