In a story from Variety Paul Weitz (Cirque du Freak) is currently talking to Universal Pictures and Tribeca Prods. about directing Little Fockers. This is the third installment of the Meet the Parents franchise.

Producing will be Jane Rosenthal and Jay Roach. The hope is that production will begin in July.

John Hamburg is currently rewriting the script which was written by Larry Stuckey.

Coming back for this new film are Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Teri Polo and Blythe Danner.

Universal and Tribeca are about to start negotiations with Weitz who, after Little Fockers, hopes to make "Another Bullshit Night in Suck City," from a book by Nick Flynn.
