The story is about a twenty-one-year-old daughter of a Mexican judge who's targeted by mob types (after she sees them kill her father and other family members), and must stay on the run through dodgy places on both sides of the border, while an agent tries to protect her and the bad guy is hot on her trail.
Veteran action director Simon West is also in talks to direct the project if time permits (he's also recently signed to do the remake of the Charles Bronson thriller The Mechanic).

Hm nothing new but i like Paul Walker it could be an intense thriller you gotta remember guys movies like Taken have been done a million times that doesnt stop them from being good and entertaining. I can already compare taken to films like The Punisher, Hostage, Man On Fire, etc.
