Patrick Lussier to Direct My Bloody Valentine
The story is set to take place in the sleepy town of Harmony, Montana. There, a series of grisly murders took place on Valentine's night. Now, ten years later, the killer is back and looking for some more bodies to slice up.
The film will start shooting in late March of this year in Pittsburgh, Pa.
My Bloody Valentine 3D was released January 16th, 2009 and stars Jensen Ackles, Jaime King, Kerr Smith, Betsy Rue, Edi Gathegi, Tom Atkins, Kevin Tighe, Megan Boone. The film is directed by Patrick Lussier.

Great another childhood Horror Classic down the drain!! & in the "Original" "My Bloody Valentine" the town was called "Valentine Bluffs" more appropriate than "Harmony"..LOL...
In a March 30, 2007 issue of "Entertainment Weekly", the film was ranked 17 in a list of guilty pleasures, listed among the such films as "Dawn of the Dead" and "Escape from New York", and called "the most criminally underappreciated of the [slasher] genre."
