Parker Posey, Drea DeMatteo, Gena Rowlands, Jeanne Moreau, Justin Theroux and Josh Hamilton have all signed on to star in the new indie film, Broken English for HDNet.

The movie is from writer-director Zoe Cassavetes, who marks her feature film debut. The film is about a young woman in her 30's who's fed up with being single, that is until she meets the man of her dreams. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the studio picked up the project from Vox3 Films with most of the financing lined up from Japan's Phantom Film and France's Back Up Films before Vox3 approached HDNet.

Mark Cuban and Todd Wagner, heads of HDNet, are behind the expansion of their new company. Broken English is currently in production; a 2007 release is scheduled.
