Paramount Pictures Developing The Further Adventures of Doc Holliday
According to Variety, the studio is keeping the plot under wraps, but the story is described as a history-based action adventure tale in the vein of Pirates of the Caribbean.
The famously tuberculosis-ridden gunfighter Holliday is best known for his friendship with Western lawman Wyatt Earp and for his role in 1881's Gunfight at the O.K. Corral in Tombstone, Ariz.
No production date has been set.

Im about 50-50 on this. The idea sounds good but Id like to see it as a badass western film like 3:10 to Yuma was.

not sure about this. i'm a fan of that whole era, but they better make sure they bring someone in with long term vision to be able to make a "tent-pole" in an unpopular genre (Western).
Side Note (not that it matters): I used to live outside of Tombstone. Took my wife to dinner there for prom. The whole town is TINY and closes at like 1 or 2pm (excluding saloons) - even on saturdays. so much for the "Wild West" now. haha

Holliday is a legend. I'm not so sure about his story being told with a POTC style though.
Could be cool.
