For the record, Paddy Considine will not be playing Jigsaw in Punisher: War Zone.

According to his own Message Board, the actor responded to the fact that he was offered the role of Jigsaw, it seemed like he had taken the role site unseen, but then he posted this:

"It all means jack anyway. The original choice for Jigsaw dropped out, then they offered it to me," the actor writes. "I'm very dubious because the other films looked shite. Then whoever is responsible said that their original choice has decided to do it, therefore pulling my offer. The only blessing was that I didn't waste an hour of my life reading the script. That be the way of the film world."

So just to make it clear one more time, Paddy Considine will not be playing Jigsaw in Punisher: War Zone.

Punisher: War Zone was released December 5th, 2008 and stars Ray Stevenson, Dominic West, Doug Hutchison, Colin Salmon, Wayne Knight, Dash Mihok, Julie Benz, Stephanie Janusauskas. The film is directed by Lexi Alexander.
