Overture Films is teaming with A Bigger Boat and Peter Farrelly for a unique comedy film. According to Variety, Overture is developing a new comedy feature that will be formed from two dozen short films, and will be along the lines of Kentucky Fried Movie.

Farrelly will produce the film with Charles Wessler and Farrelly will direct two of the shorts as well. Directors such as Brett Ratner, Todd Phillips, Mike Judge, Josh Gordon and Will Speck are in negotiations to helm some of the shorts.

"This project is different than anything I've ever been involved with and it is exciting to be able to collaborate with so many great filmmakers," said Farrelly. "This is going to be a big party."

The film is currently in pre-production and the film is set to go before camera in January.
