Over the Hedge Jumps to DVD October 17
In a story from The Hollywood Reporter, "Paramount Home Entertainment is taking early aim at the sparsely populated fourth quarter by announcing an Oct. 17 release date for Over The Hedge.

The Over The Hedge DVD will come with a special "hibernating content feature," that will give consumers the ability to "unlock additional bonus materials, already loaded onto the disc, after Nov. 28 by accessing a Web site and typing in a code."
Over The Hedge was released May 19th, 2006 and stars Bruce Willis, Garry Shandling, Steve Carell, Wanda Sykes, William Shatner, Nick Nolte, Thomas Haden Church, Allison Janney. The film is directed by Tim Johnson, Karey Kirkpatrick.
