The adaptation of David Nicholls' book about Emma and Dexter, who first meet at their graduation from the University of Edinburgh in 1988, then reunite one day each year for the next 20 years. It has been described as the "British answer to When Harry Met Sally...."
One Day was released August 19th, 2011 and stars Anne Hathaway, Jim Sturgess, Tom Mison, Jodie Whittaker, Tim Key, Rafe Spall, Josephine de la Baume, Patricia Clarkson. The film is directed by Lone Scherfig.
