You forget how many different types of f*cking snakes there are, people. Lol. Two of each and every kind of animal, don't forget that. Also, I believe the light coming from the floor is exactly that - light. The cinematographer working on this project is known for balancing amazing low-key lighting and bright but not overexposed images. He's great, or at least I personally think he is.
