On the French website, Elbakin.net, Casino Royale Bond-girl Eva Green mentions that Eric Bana, John Hurt and Kevin Bacon will be joining Nicole Kidman in New Line Cinema's The Golden Compass.

Green says that Eric Bana will play Lord Asriel and John Hurt will play Lee Scoresby.
