The Green Hornet is aiming for a July 9, 2010 release.

Some people forget how awesome Nic Cage was. Some never liked him, but some... they see a few bad movies with him and the decide he is terrible. I just think he is having a bad streak.

nothing more can be added or said... pretty much a consensus that nic cage has no place in this movie... i think he ought to just steer clear of all comic book and classic movie/TV show adaptations and period pieces. also not sure how much value Cameron Diaz will be to this movie either... chow is out and now it's all falling to pieces...

forget Chow, they need to get Mark Dacascos for Kato. many people may think of The Chairman from "Iron Chef America" but think back to "Drive", or "Brotherhood of the Wolf" or even "Cradle to the Grave". He would be the perfect fit for a role once played by Bruce Lee on the tv series.

This movie might just suck, at first i was satisfied with chow, but now chow is off the project, then this floppy ass Nick cage jumps on board with an ageing Cameron Diaz, this movie will sure as hell hit rock bottom unless they get chow back and find an apropriate villain actor for the film.

Despite recent flops, Nicolas Cage is an excellent actor. I have no doubt in Nic's ability to portray a great character.

However, I am really staring to lose faith in the film itself.

We'll just have to wait and see.

He's clearly trying to redeem himself for that Ghost Rider mis-step with his recent nod during interview to 're-setting' that franchise... DEFINITELY one that could use a 're-set'.

He just jumps at every possible superhero project he sees. I f*cking hate Nicholas Cage. And you know, I probably wouldn't if his scr*ipt choices were better, but he f*cked up on Ghost Rider.
