According to casting notices sent out this morning, producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson are looking for a Latina actress in her late twenties, preferably with South American roots. Despite their plea that prospective talent not be worried about fitting the traditional Bond Girl look, since this is the "new" Bond series, she must be quite beautiful, able to handle what promises to be a physically demanding role, fluent in English and, last but most certainly not least, a great actress.
The site reports that filming will begin in the United Kingdom and across Europe and South America this January.
Marc Foster will direct with a six month production anticipated.
Dont't forget to also check out: Quantum of Solace
Quantum of Solace was released November 14th, 2008 and stars Daniel Craig, Olga Kurylenko, Mathieu Amalric, Judi Dench, Giancarlo Giannini, Gemma Arterton, Jeffrey Wright, David Harbour. The film is directed by Marc Forster.

Lets hope is not Eva Mendez, Salma Hayek, Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, Eva Longoria or Jennifer Lopez. Maybe a real latina actress can be better. I understand these chicks arouse america, but you dont know what you're missing.
