Leading up to the events of "X-Men," X-Men Origins: Wolverine tells the story of Wolverine's epically violent and romantic past, his complex relationship with Victor Creed, and the ominous Weapon X program. Along the way, Wolverine encounters many mutants, both familiar and new, including surprise appearances by several legends of the X-Men universe.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine was released May 1st, 2009 and stars Hugh Jackman, Liev Schreiber, Danny Huston, Will i Am, Lynn Collins, Kevin Durand, Dominic Monaghan, Taylor Kitsch. The film is directed by Gavin Hood.

Well so far, from what's been released Deadpool ain't in costume, i doubt he will be to be honest.
But like you stated making reality from a comic book is hard a rough example well this is for adaptations, a green Piccolo without it being corny. :)

Ditto on the Heat comparisons, but YTF do you have to double post AND refuse to delete the duplicates.
Watching the first two X-Men movies again, and I kind of forgot how solid Jackman's portrayal of Wolverine is. He's a gruff loner, with a quiet dignity. The disgraced Samurai angle that Claremont and Miller perfected.
I really hope that's the style of this character. Quiet, non-affrontal. He just so happens to be in the middle of sh*t when it goes down, then he starts doing what he does best.
(I exclude the X3 portrayal because the dialogue in that is worse than what you hear from a sh*tty cartoon character)

Also the Empire mag looks ace, but i don't get how Public Enemies is Heat 2, lol.
They seriously need to stop comparing the film to Heat because they are both Michael (Put you to sleep) Mann.
Public Enemies is actually based on a true story of the cat and mouse chase between John Dillenger & Melvin Purvis.

Nothing can compare to the pics and footage of Gambit Vs Deadpool.
About f*cking time they got the 2 best marvel characters in film together.

I can't help it, this movie is going to be amazing. My only concern is keeping it dark and true to Wolverine's origin. Hopefully Fox will pull whatever it is that crawled up their ass, and simply allow the director to present Wolverine's story accordingly.
