While the film was just announced a few weeks ago, and no one has been cast yet, it seems that they are aiming for a 2009 release of the film. On the teaser site, you can enter your email address to receive updates on the production.

Since Jessica Biel turned down the Wonder Woman movie, maybe she would consider WitchBlade?
