I was doing my normal rounds on the lot and came across the Transformers 3 work. The main Transformers cars are all there including 2 that I didn't see in the previous movies. One is a autobot that I couldn't get close enough to take a picture of because it was being guarded so that it would not be scratched/ damaged. It was a red Ferrari. The other (which wasn't being guarded as heavily) is a decepticon. It was a dark navy Dodge Charger. I managed to snap a couple of pics with my cell. Sorry for the poor quality.

In other Transformers 3 news, Production Weekly revealed on their Twitter feed that the film is doing some work in Indiana this month.
A pre-vis scene for Transformers 3 will shoot at the Majestic Star Casino in Gary, Indiana on April 12th.
We'll be sure to keep you posted with any and all Transformers 3 news as soon as we have more information. The film will star Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Tyrese Gibson, Josh Duhamel, Frances McDormand, John Malkovich, Ken Jeong, James Avery and is set for release on July 1, 2011.
Transformers: Dark of the Moon was released June 29th, 2011 and stars Shia LaBeouf, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Julie White, Kevin Dunn, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Alan Tudyk, John Malkovich. The film is directed by Michael Bay.

If it is true about the new autobot being a red Ferrari, I could see his name being SideSwipe. Since from the cartoon he was a red Lamborghini.

Im not sue who the name of this decepticon car will be but my best guess is Lockdown. The character from TFA transforms into a muscle car so theres high possibilities that Lockdown will be the name of this vehicle and if he wears a hook on his right arm, he should be the one voiced ny Tony Todd since the actor played the CandyMan.

Anyway, I'm kinda tired of seeing GM cars already. I wish we could see more luxury and exotic cars like a Lamborghini. It's a shame that poor Audi R8 got killed within the first minutes of the movie (I wonder if it was only a matter of contract or something like that between GM and Audi...). At least we'll get to see a Ferrari transforming :)
