In the second installment of Stephenie Meyer's phenomenally successful Twilight series The Twilight Saga's New Moon, the romance between mortal and vampire soars to a new level as Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) delves deeper into the mysteries of the supernatural world she yearns to become part of. Only to find herself in greater peril than ever before. Following Bella's ill-fated 18th birthday party, Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and his family abandon the town of Forks, Washington, in an effort to protect her from the dangers inherent in their world. As the heartbroken Bella sleepwalks through her senior year of high school, numb and alone, she discovers Edward's image comes to her whenever she puts herself in jeopardy. Her desire to be with him at any cost leads her to take greater and greater risks. With the help of her childhood friend Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner), Bella refurbishes an old motorbike to carry her on her adventures. Bella's frozen heart is gradually thawed by her budding relationship with Jacob, a member of the mysterious Quileute tribe, who has a supernatural secret of his own.

When a chance encounter brings Bella face to face with a former nemesis, only the intervention of a pack of supernaturally large wolves saves her from a grisly fate, and the encounter makes it frighteningly clear that Bella is still in grave danger. In a race against the clock, Bella learns the secret of the Quileutes and Edward's true motivation for leaving her. She also faces the prospect of a potentially deadly reunion with her beloved that is a far cry from the one she'd hoped for. With more of the passion, action and suspense that made Twilight a worldwide phenomenon, The Twilight Saga's New Moon is a spellbinding follow-up to the box office hit.

The film hits theaters on November 20th, 2009.

The Twilight Saga: New Moon was released November 20th, 2009 and stars Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson, Billy Burke, Ashley Greene, Anna Kendrick, Christian Serratos, Michael Welch. The film is directed by Chris Weitz.

I watched the first movie on bootleg, which was borrowed, because I had nothing else to watch. It wasn't bad. Especially since it was made for the younger audience. I was warned, though, not to read the books.

If you want to read a very good vampire series written for young adults read Cirque Du Freak. There are 12 books. A movie is coming out based on it. But unfortunately it was turned into a kid-friendly comedy. And from what the author said, and from what I've seen in the trailer, A LOT was changed for the movie version.

The Parts of Taylor Lautner talking about Jacob Black sucked! The other parts, that showed parts of the movie, were awesome. I only wished they showed more images of the movie and not Taylor Lautner talking!

i read all four books, just cause it was full of vamps and "werewolves", and a very creative story of origin and how each vampire had their unique abilities.

honestly, i got lost sometimes reading and the whole love triangle was ridiculous, especially when the point where bella declares that she does love jacob....i could be wrong but its what i remebered

and just by watching the comic con footage where jacob removes his shirt and edward has no shirt in italy, clearly the grand majority of girls/fangirls/ women who will actually watch the movie and not just the dudes....will generate this movie, eclipse and the possible breaking dawn a lot of money

Werewolves eat people. Mercilessly. These are not werewolves. They're f*ggots. So is Edward Cullen; abusive f*ggot.

  13. The Narrator: The Better Man

1st off: This wasn't a trailer. It was a lot of reused footage from the teaser or comic con. But whatever.

2nd. I HATE how girls love Jacob Black on and off screen. He's a p*ssy off screen, and a jerk/f*got on screen (read the last book, and you'll see why).

3rd: Edward isn't getting any attention. He was the only partially entertaining character in the books. And the main Guy, so wtf.

4th: I forgot this is a teen girl heartthrob movie, with some of the viewers actual fans, not wanna bees that scream at every time they take their shirts off.

Overall, this will be crappy but make a LOT of money due to f*cking fan girls and them taking their boyfriends, so I will probably HAVE to see this with the Ms... Other than that, I do not see anyway this should have become a "sensation."

and teenagers everywhere between 17-21- sigh!!!

Who cars!?!? I don't .. the book were ok ... (Read the 1st 2 till they got boring and silly!) and the "Twillight" was just "B" movie fun!!!

The off set romance between (Ican't act out of a paperbag!) Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart .... and "ALL" the people getting fired and hired .....and all the other behind the scenes BS is more fun than actually seeing the film!!
